SCGA Rules of Golf Seminar

The SCGA Rules Crew is your resource to all questions related to The Rules of Golf, tournament administration, tournament formats, course markings, Local Rules to adopt at your home club and more. We are excited to offer seminars on The Rules of Golf which are open to any golfer who is passionate about golf and interested in the Rules. Knowing the rules can help save you strokes!
Format:
Each seminar will review The Rules of Golf, with a specific focus on the major changes that will apply to you and your club.
Agenda:
Registration begins at 8 a.m. The Rules of Golf Seminar will begin at 9 a.m. and last approximately two hours. The seminar will feature a PowerPoint presentation that will review the most commonly used Rules of Golf.
Fee:
$25 (which includes a Rules book)
Registration Closes:
Monday, February 17, 2020
Refunds:
Requests for refunds prior to the entry closing date will be honored less a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be honored after the entry closing date. Pending availability, participants may transfer to a different SCGA Rules of Golf Seminar at no charge prior to the closing dates of both the seminar they originally registered for and the seminar they wish to transfer to. Once the closing date of the seminar originally registered for passes, no refunds will be issued, nor can participants use that entry fee toward a different seminar.
Dress Code:
Please wear appropriate golf attire (no jeans or denim is permitted).

Continuing Education:
PGA Members receive a maximum of 2 MSR hours for attending an entire program. GCSAA members receive .55 GCSAA education points for attending an entire program.
